Event Registration begins at 9:15 a.m.; Program starts at 10:00 a.m. This year's theme is Innovation in Planning – Tools for Community Economic Development. The Forum features about a dozen breakout speakers who are addressing various aspects of community planning, community wealth-building through social capital, advocacy, diversity, the role of faith-based organizations in community revitalization, and more. It’s being held in conjunction with the American Planning Association’s National Community Planning Month.

VIP Sponsorship Details

  • VIP Breakfast Reception. Limited to platinum, diamond, and gold sponsors. Breakfast reception with keynote speaker and select panelists. Discuss economic development and more with your dining companions.
  • Networking Tables at lunch. Limited to platinum, diamond, gold, and silver sponsors. Companies will moderate a topic of their choice, such as “community wealth-building through social capital.” Signage, the presence of company-provided giveaways, and the topic will attract attendees, who will also hear a brief introduction of your company.

*All Sponsors Receive:

  • Vendor table at the event. Six-foot tables will accommodate a table top display. Sponsors may collect attendee information and give away prizes.
  • Verbal acknowledgment from the podium as a sponsor for the event. Inclusion of physical products or advertising materials placed in attendees’ bags. The item must be no larger than 8x5” x 11” x 2”. Limited to three, 8.5” x 11” advertising material items.
  • Identification as a Sponsor on all promotional materials. This includes digital and print materials.
  • Advertisement in our e-newsletter. The e-newsletter is sent to prospective attendees and attendees.
