Our company brings together a structured network of experts and organizations and delivers world-class coaching, training, consulting and organizational development resulting in successful achievement of your individual or corporate employment goals.
Community2Work® (C2W) is a workforce development program created by Davis Consulting Solutions (DCS) that works with individuals from under-resourced communities to highlight, build, and strengthen transferable skills resulting in candidates who are qualified for employment. This approach improves employment opportunities especially for low-income residents in Southwestern PA and the Greater Pittsburgh Region.
C2W addresses the challenges of the job market by providing job training, consulting services, career coaching and customized job search solutions for diverse candidates who seek long-term employment. Potential candidates are matched to a career path with employers such as UPMC and empowered with tools to overcome barriers to employment.
We assist job seekers with all levels of experience but certain services are for those who qualify based on their income.
